PT Reswara Minergi Hartama (“Reswara”) is a company managing thermal coal mines with low ash and sulfur content in Indonesia. Coal mining concessions under Reswara are located in South Kalimantan through PT Tunas Inti Abadi (“TIA”) and in Aceh through PT Mifa Bersaudara (“Mifa”) in West Aceh and PT Bara Energi Lestari (“BEL”) in Nagan Raya. MIFA and BEL are concession holders under the umbrella of PT Media Djaya Bersama (“MDB”), one of the subsidiary of Reswara.

With a concession area of 3,085 hectares and 22 million tons of coal resources as of December 31, 2018, TIA conducts open coal thermal mining that meets the requirements of ‘Compliant Coal’ and is marketed globally, both domestically and internationally such as India, China, Thailand, and the Philippines to be used as mixed coal.

Mifa and BEL hold concession rights for 4,629 hectares in Aceh, with total resources of 370 million tons of coal per position of December 31, 2018. Since 2007, BEL has fully operated and supplied an independent power plant owned by PT Energi Alamraya Semesta (“EAS”) in Nagan Raya. Mifa has been producing since 2012 and entered the commercial phase in January 2015, which was marked by its first export to India. From the two mining locations, Reswara on a consolidated basis in 2018 produced 9.78 million tons of coal.
