To support GCG implementation conducted by the Company and its subsidiaries within ABM group, it requires sound monitoring system, which is efficient and applicable to all ABM’s Members including stakeholders. To that end, Board of Commissioners established Whistlerblowing System (WBS) with Decision of Board of Commissioners No. 013/ABMBOC-RES/IV/2013 dated April 1, 2013. Subsequently with Decision of Board of Commissioners No. 014/ABM-BOC-RES/ IV/2013, Board of Commissioners appointed Independent Commissioner as Whistleblowing System (WBS) Team Leader and authorized the WBS Team Leader to select and propose candidates of team members to be approved and appointedby Board of Commissioners.
Submission of Violation Reports
Parties that have the rights to report violations are every Member of ABM, ABM Group members or third parties outside ABM and ABM Group who feel disadvantaged or justintend to report violations. Violations reporting can be done anonymously or with identity of the Whistleblower. Anonymous report submission is accepted, but must be attached with evidences or at least preliminary hint or clue of the violations. According to Whistleblower protection policies, those who submit reports that turn out to be defamations or false reports will be sanctioned and not obtain protection or confidentiality guarantee of Whistleblower. Sanctions to be imposed refer to the Company’s internal regulations up to criminal lawsuit.

Reports of violations committed by WBS officers should be sent directly to ABM’s Independent Commissioner. According to Whistleblower protection policies, those who submit reports that turn out to be defamations or false reports will be sanctioned and not obtain protection or confidentiality guarantee of Whistleblower. Imposed sanctions are stipulated in Collective Labour Agreement (CLA) or Company Code of Ethics or may refer to KUHP if necessary.
